Payment relief

Providing our customers in Ukraine with access to their valuable content in the face of financial hardships caused by this conflict is a top priority. 

Dropbox is offering payment relief for all customers based in Ukraine for up to six months. And rest assured, we’re working around the clock to ensure our customers there have consistent and uninterrupted service.

Product donation

We’re also offering free Dropbox and HelloSign subscriptions with up to 50 licenses to nonprofits and NGOs supporting Ukraine. Organizations providing humanitarian aid in Ukraine or assisting Ukrainian refugees are encouraged to apply.
