Total Jobs

As the United Kingdom's largest hiring platform Totaljobs was able to pull historical data from their database to compare it year over year as  well as pre and post COVID to see how the job market has changed.  Totaljobs was able to provide meaningful insight relating to the number of job adverts posted per month, in which industries, under what job titles and  the number of job applicants.

Remoters

Remoters.net is a remote work hub offering a free remote job board.  As such, Remoters.net was able to pull data from 2019 and 2020 to compare the differences between these years as well as pre and post COVID in remote work hiring including: location preference, industry, salary, number of remote job postings, part time vs full time remote positions and more.

Appcast

These insights are based on candidate application data provided by Appcast, the leading provider of programmatic recruitment advertising technology. Since 2014, Appcast has powered 610 million job postings, generated 7.4 billion ad clicks, and managed $600 million of ad spend.

To gather this specific dataset, Appcast analyzed jobs posted from January 1, 2019, through September 30, 2020. Appcast limited the data to job titles for part-time and work from positions as well as jobs that fall under the classification of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Titles were normalized prior to classification. Any location-based data is inclusive of a standard commutable metro region.  Any metric outside of job count only considered clicks that have been paid.

Always stay connected to your distributed team.
