You’re invited to Formula 1 British Grand Prix at Silverstone—Friday Practice Day
Situated within the historic Woodcote complex, you are invited to celebrate the rich history of motorsport at the world’s best racetrack and get closer to the action than ever before. This shared hospitality experience offers casual best-of-British dining and a classic beverage menu, allowing guests to catch all the racing action from the comfort and convenience of a social hospitality lounge. The Area we will be situated in is called the Heritage Club.

Important Information for your day
1. Getting There (this will be at your expense)
Train
Silverstone run shuttle buses from the main train stations. The shuttle service is available from 3 stations:
· Banbury, Milton Keynes, Northampton

Once dropped inside Silverstone, take an internal shuttle bus to “Hospitality Transfer”. You then need to walk to Gate 6, which is approximately a 5 minute walk. Look for signs to Heritage Club, which is where our hospitality is.
Car
If you are arriving by car, parking is included in both packages. RED parking passes need to be requested. Please let us know if you are aiming to travel by car so we can get you a pass.
Directions from M1
Leave the M1 at J15A following signs for Oxford A43. At the roundabout that crosses the A5, take the second exit and stay on the A43. At the next roundabout, take the second exit and stay on the A43.
Directions from M40
- Leave the M40 at J10 following signs for Northampton A43. Continue on the A43 for approximately 17 miles, including passing the exit for SILVERSTONE until you reach
- Towcester roundabout (near the BP petrol station and Travelodge /Starbucks). Leave the roundabout at the 4th exit and double back on yourself driving back towards Oxford A43.
- After approximately 1 mile take the A413 towards Buckingham, Whittlebury and follow the RED ROUTE on the Event Traffic Signage for Hospitality Parking.
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto the A413 towards Whittlebury.
- After leaving the village of Whittlebury the hospitality parking entrance will be on the right-hand side in in approximately 1 mile, marked by large blue flags.
Once parked and inside Silverstone, you then need to walk to Gate 6, which is approximately a 10 minute walk. Look for signs to Heritage Club which is where our hospitality is.
Taxi
If you are being dropped off by taxi or a driver, there is a dedicated hospitality drop off area.
Please follow the red W on the event Traffic Signage to the Hospitality Transfer, marked by large blue flags. This is where you will be dropped off. Your ‘Hospitality Transfer Pass’ will grant you access to the shuttle service through the Whittlebury Park grounds. The Shuttle Service will run from 8am - 7pm on Friday and Saturday. It will then run from 7:30 until approximately 3 hours after the race on Sunday. Please be advised that the frequency of shuttles may be affected at peak times. If you decide to walk the shuttle service route instead of waiting to be collected, please be aware this will add 20 minutes to your journey. After the shuttle drops you off, please follow signs to Gate 6, which is approximately a 5 minute walk.
Leaving by Taxi
Regarding pick-up, the taxi driver will need to follow the red W on the event Traffic Signage to the Hospitality Transfer. There they will need to inform the marshals they are there to collect a "Hospitality guest" and will be let through to the pick-up point.
Coach
Coaches arrive at car park 22 (coach park) which is by the main gate at the Silverstone circuit. And it’s less than a 2 minute walk to the entrance gate. Head for the Hospitality Gate 6.
2. Ticketing
Tickets will be available via the “Silverstone Tickets” app. All guests will need to download the app. Once the tickets have been released we will send these to the you via the app.

4. Dress Code
A smart casual dress code applies to all guests within Silverstone Hospitality areas.
Jeans are permitted but must be smart in appearance, with no rips, tears or bleaching.
Smart shorts are also allowed in case of hot weather. It is advised that suitable footwear is worn as some of the car parks are grass covered. All footwear should be clean and smart trainers are allowed.
5. Opening Times
Hospitality areas open at 8am each day. You are welcome to enter the circuit before this time, however, our areas will only open at 8am. Please note, the shuttles to the hospitality areas will only start operating at 7.45am each day.
