Creating a Collaborative Environment within a Secure Framework

How are you dealing with the tension of enabling greater levels of digital collaboration, whilst balancing the need for a secure and compliant IT environment?

The current situation has required IT to deliver on a robust set of collaboration tools that allow teams to duck, dive and weave through the ongoing set of challenges – whether they were ready for it or not. And the need to foster collaboration will only increase whether workers are based at home, at work, or anywhere.

The role of IT in enabling a collaborative workplace was also an imperative before recent events. In a recent independent survey* of 100 IT leaders in Australia (91%) felt overall success of their organisation depended on reinventing the way teams collaborate while 74% indicated significant or large improvements in the organisation were required to achieve it.

This webinar presents the above research findings in detail from Albany Vincent, Senior Research Manager at Vanson Bourne. It also provides a deep-dive from Dropbox Business and Innovatus Media into these challenges while presenting some creative solutions that help IT decision balance between innovation and risk.

Agenda:

  • The challenges IT and Security professionals face when looking to create a collaborative workspace.

  • A look at key ANZ insights from Vanson Bourne’s State of Collaboration survey.

  • Barriers to improving collaborative working in your organisation - Culture, Teams, and Tools.
