For the past 10 years, David has been focused on enhancing the overall experience of Dropbox's worldwide customers by implementing proactive solutions & success strategies and ensuring comprehensive resolution of any issues that arise.

 

Previously, David spent 5 years as Director of Product Management for End User Computing at VMware and has 15 years of experience managing enterprise IT at major industry leaders such as Cisco Systems and Dow Corning. He holds a degree in Computer Information Systems and Business Management from Northwood University in Midland, Michigan.
